If you would like to come and talk to us in person we recommend that you call ahead and check that there's someone in the office (our number is 0115 8468720). If not then we'll be happy to get back to you and arrange a convenient time to meet you. You're always welcome to visit unannounced, but the office is not always open (we have lectures to go to too!).

Our office is located on the Mezzanine floor of the Portland Building on the University of Nottingham campus. As this isn't accessible from the main staircase people often have trouble finding it... so see below for directions.

Here's a map of the Portland Building showing where the office is. The closest entrance is on the Lower Ground floor next to the Students' Union bar, The Ark. From there you need to either climb the stairs or take the lift to the Mezzanine floor.

If you are taking the stairs you will need to find the entrance to the Mezzanine floor. It is between the First and Second floors and looks like this:

Finally, on your right you will find the TEC office. Please come in, attract our attention and take a seat.

If the door is locked and there's nobody in the office then you may leave a message on our voicemail system (on 0115 8468720), which will be forwarded by e-mail to members of the committee.
